The Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) measures the sustainability of a new home against categories of sustainable design rating the whole house.

The aim of the CfSH is preparing the housing and construction products industries for the challenges in delivering low and zero-carbon homes. At its core are a set of design principles covering performance in 9 key areas including Energy, CO2, health and well being.
